One simple thing to open up

If I could name one thing that could restore a deep sense of control inside of me, clear up the cloudy mood that sometimes deign to take over me, or to simply just get that heavy feeling off my chest, it's some simple and very basic yoga moves (that often times we do for warm ups or cool downs during interval trainings that we never realised came from yoga or Pilates). This video from Kimberly Snyder really motivates me to be healthy and strong, and not thin for thinness sake. And though I do get off days and feel like normalcy is beyond my reach, I am determined to reach further and work harder to get my life back on track. I am still under construction, but mark my words - we will be going for brighter, better, and more beautiful me. Healthy version. :)
