Christmas got me thinking about Hong Kong. Maybe because that is where I left my heart with a fuchsia Marc by Marc - but really, it got me thinking how everything in Hong Kong is so driven by brands and centred around shopping, shopping, and nothing much but, well, shopping.
And so, it seemed timely that I got to know more about Phoebe English's aesthetics. I have gotten an eye on her ever since she got into Vauxhall - and she was a CSM grad that has already been highlighted by Vogue, a good sign for sure already - so when news came that she won Vauxhall, well, I am beyond thrilled and looking forward to what she will be coming up with next.

Using calico as a centrepiece, English created a few podium-worthy pieces, all hand-woven and hand-stitched.
Okay, so there isn't much of an excuse to post vanity pictures of myself, but hey, it's Christmas and Sunday, so:P
Pantless? Yes, at least I can say Edie Sedgwick inspired me to take off the very tedious idea of a maxi skirt, and go with this fleece top from H&M pantless!
One for the pantless brigade! :D

And another starry halter I got from H&M ends my collection of H&M loots from Hong Kong. Paired with Uniqlo jeans here.
PS - I am utterly addicted to reading Tania Reinert. Check her out here if, especially if, like me, you are craving some HK Culture!
